Personalized, evidence-informed fertility support to help you understand your body, optimize your health, and confidently move toward conception.

Supporting patients trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted reproductive care.

Who I Support

I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of fertility concerns, including those trying to conceive naturally or preparing for assisted reproductive treatments such as IUI or IVF.

You may benefit from naturopathic fertility care if you are experiencing:

• Difficulty conceiving
• Irregular or absent ovulation
• Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS)
• Endometriosis
• Recurrent pregnancy loss
• Unexplained infertility
• Thyroid or hormone imbalance
• Irregular or painful cycles

• Low progesterone or luteal phase concerns
• Male factor fertility concerns
• Poor sperm quality or low sperm count
• Advanced maternal age concerns
• Preparing for IVF or IUI
• Coming off hormonal birth control
• Wanting to optimize fertility before trying

My Approach

Fertility care is about more than timing ovulation. It requires understanding hormone function, metabolic health, inflammation, nutrient status, and lifestyle factors that influence egg and sperm quality.

My approach focuses on:

• Identifying underlying contributors to fertility challenges

• Optimizing hormone balance and ovulation quality

• Supporting egg and sperm development

• Reducing inflammation and metabolic stress

• Supporting implantation and early pregnancy health

• Helping patients advocate for appropriate testing and care

Care plans are individualized and evolve over time as your body responds.

Common Testing
in Fertility Care

Many fertility challenges stem from factors that are not always evaluated early. Part of my role is helping interpret and optimize testing results.

Testing commonly reviewed includes:

Hormone Testing
• FSH, LH, estradiol
• Progesterone
• AMH
• Prolactin
• Testosterone
• DHEA

Thyroid Assessment
• TSH
• Free T3 & Free T4
• Thyroid antibodies

Metabolic Health
• Fasting glucose & insulin
• HbA1c

Nutrient Status
• Iron/ferritin
• Vitamin D
• B12 and folate

Male Fertility Testing
• Semen analysis
• Hormone assessment if indicated

Additional Testing When Appropriate
• Inflammatory markers
• Gut health considerations
• Autoimmune screening

Male Fertility
Matters Too

Up to half of fertility challenges involve male factors. Lifestyle, stress, inflammation, and nutrient status significantly influence sperm quality.

Care may focus on:

• Improving sperm count and motility
• Reducing oxidative stress
• Supporting hormone balance
• Lifestyle and nutrition optimization

Couples often benefit when both partners are supported.

When Should You Seek Fertility Support?

Consider seeking support if:

• Under age 35 and trying for 12 months without conception
• Over age 35 and trying for 6 months
• Experiencing irregular or absent cycles
• History of miscarriage
• Known hormone or reproductive conditions
• Preparing for fertility treatments (IVF, IUI)
• Wanting to optimize fertility before trying to concieve

Fertility improvement takes time. Egg and sperm development occur over approximately 90 days, meaning meaningful changes occur gradually.

Naturopathic care supports the body’s physiology but cannot guarantee pregnancy outcomes.

Consistency with recommendations and appropriate medical collaboration improve outcomes.
